Up in Port Rawson Bay there are a few Mooring Buoys controlled by Ontario Parks and I am wondering if Mooring Buoys would be a good idea elsewhere. Any Comments?

Port Rawson is the very first [and only] place I ever used a mooring buoy.  I liked the experience although I didn't really know if I was doing it correctly, e.g. how much line out to the buoy is proper?

Elsewhere?  Perhaps in Chimney Bay area, or the Bone Island area.
